Who we are

Built with
intention.

Days LLC is a small, focused team building tools that help people live well — without the noise that usually comes with wellness apps.

Our Mission

Days was born from a simple idea: healing shouldn't require a therapist's waiting room or a bloated app. We believe small, consistent moments of reflection can change the trajectory of a life. Days is our attempt to make that accessible to everyone — every day.

Why We Built This

We've all had days where we felt lost, stuck, or disconnected. Days is the tool we wished existed — calm, private, and focused purely on helping you feel a little better than you did yesterday. No social feeds, no comparisons, no noise.

How We Operate

We're early-stage and building steadily. Our goal is clarity, not chaos — simplicity, not speed for its own sake. We design with intention and operate with zero interest in surveillance capitalism or bloated bureaucracy.

Where We're Going

Days will continue to evolve based on feedback from our community. If you have thoughts, we genuinely want to hear them. Reach out anytime — we read everything.

Careers at Days

team.

We're a small crew building something meaningful. We care about doing the real work — not just talking about it.

Operations Manager

HybridFull-TimeAlbuquerque, NM
Competitive

About Days

Days is a focused, quiet app for people who want to live well. We design with intention, operate privately, and build for people — not clicks. We're early-stage and building steadily, and we're looking for someone who can help us scale smart.

The Role

We're looking for an Operations Manager who can proactively build the legal, financial, and administrative infrastructure that lets a small company move fast without breaking things. You'll be our first operational hire — meaning your decisions will shape how Days runs for years to come.

What You'll Do

  • Risk Auditing: Proactively review the product, policies, and user flows for potential liabilities — especially around App Store compliance and user data collection.
  • Legal Templates: Draft and maintain boilerplate documents — Terms of Service, Privacy Policy (GDPR/CCPA-compliant), NDAs, consulting agreements, and employment offer letters.
  • IP Strategy: Lead trademark and copyright efforts for the Days brand. Evaluate open-source licenses and identify IP risks.
  • Due Diligence: Build and maintain an investor-ready legal folder — cap table, formation docs, operating agreement, contractor contracts.
  • Contracts: Draft licensing, affiliate, and revenue share agreements for future growth scenarios.
  • Internal Policies: Create and enforce data security, remote work, reimbursement, and travel policies.
  • Regulatory Monitoring: Track relevant legal shifts — AI/data law, App Store regulations, digital goods tax compliance — and brief the team.
  • Customer Service Playbook: Define how we handle disputes, chargebacks, and takedown requests. Build a legal escalation flow.
  • Contractor Compliance: Ensure correct 1099 classification, international freelancer compliance, and SOW documentation for all contributors.
  • Sales & Accounting: Support revenue tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting as we scale.
  • Pre-Mortem: Periodically game out "what legal mistake kills us?" and build guardrails around those scenarios.

Who You Are

  • Organized, thorough, and proactive — you catch problems before they become fires
  • Comfortable navigating legal frameworks without necessarily being a licensed attorney (JD is a plus)
  • Strong written communicator who can translate legalese into plain English
  • You thrive in lean environments where wearing many hats is the norm
  • You care about building something real — not just running a tight process
How to Apply: Send an email to [email protected] with your resume and a short note on why this role fits you. We look for clarity, humility, and a good sense of what matters.

Product Manager — Content, Copy & Community

HybridFull-TimeRemote-First
$70K–$80K

About Days

Days is a focused, quiet app for people who want to live well — part journal, part scheduler, part something else that doesn't quite exist yet. We design with intention, operate privately, and build for people, not clicks. We're early-stage, and your voice can shape everything from product roadmap to brand tone.

The Role

We're hiring a Product Manager with a strong sense for communication, calm, and consistency. Your role will center on how we show up in the world — through copy, messaging, and research-backed tools that meet people where they are. You'll create guided exercises, meditations, and reflective prompts rooted in evidence-based practices, manage advertising strategy, and collaborate directly with our Lead UX/Tech to bring it all to life.

What You'll Do

  • Own the content and experience layer of Days — from copywriting to meditative flows
  • Develop and refine routines and exercises for reflection, focus, wellness, and discipline
  • Conduct lightweight research to ensure content is grounded in sound principles
  • Write all public-facing marketing copy — landing pages, ads, emails, and more
  • Plan and run basic advertising experiments (search, social, App Store, etc.)
  • Work side-by-side with the UX Lead to implement new features and polish interactions
  • Keep the product and message aligned with a clear, quiet mission

Who You Are

  • A calm, clear communicator who can lead with language
  • Familiar with mindfulness, productivity, and wellness frameworks (and know what's fluff)
  • Can write crisp, meaningful copy without sounding like a startup trying to be clever
  • Detail-oriented but not micromanaging — able to define success and move toward it steadily
  • You prefer rhythm over rush; integrity over flash

Bonus Points

  • You've designed or facilitated meditations, journaling routines, or wellness content
  • You've worked with mental health professionals or studied behavioral science
  • You can run a Google Ads or Meta campaign and read the results
  • Familiar with Notion, Figma, Framer, or Swift
  • You've worked in a small team or faith-aligned organization where purpose matters more than prestige
How to Apply: Email [email protected] with a short note on why you're interested, 1–2 links or samples of something you've written or led, and your resume or CV (PDF or LinkedIn is fine).

Lead UX Designer / Technology Manager

HybridFull-TimeRemote-Friendly
$60K–$80K

About Days

Days is a growing personal wellness and scheduling platform with a simple mission: to help people make the most of their time. We're early-stage, lean, and privacy-forward — building with focus, intention, and zero interest in bloated bureaucracy or surveillance capitalism.

The Role

We're looking for a hybrid Lead UX Designer / Technology Manager to take the reins of our app and website experience. You'll shape how Days feels — through design, implementation, and motion. You'll work closely with the Product Manager to implement intuitive interfaces, subtle animations, and seamless copy across iOS and web.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end UX of the Days app (iOS-focused, Swift-based)
  • Improve or build out our web presence using modern frameworks (React, Astro, or similar)
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to implement UI changes, update copy, and iterate fast
  • Design and implement animations and microinteractions that make Days delightful
  • Set and refine design standards aligned with our minimalist, privacy-focused brand
  • Solve technical issues or rethink user flows — whatever's needed to ship great features

Who You Are

  • A generalist with a strong eye for clean design and good UX
  • Working knowledge of Swift and UIKit/SwiftUI
  • Can build or upgrade websites — clean, fast, and responsive (Tailwind, React, or Astro a plus)
  • Comfortable with animations — Lottie, CSS keyframes, UIKit transitions, etc.
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty in code and then talk strategy in the same meeting
  • You believe in good design, simple copy, and the power of doing one thing well

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience shipping or maintaining a live app
  • Comfortable working without a design system (and willing to build one)
  • Familiarity with privacy-centered design principles
How to Apply: Send a quick intro to [email protected] with a portfolio or 1–2 links to work you're proud of, a few sentences about why you're into this role, and your resume (PDF or LinkedIn is fine). We don't care where you went to school — we care if you can design, build, and think clearly, and if you actually care about making something great.
